I keep a folder called “Quotes” in my email. Whenever I see a quote that speaks to me I add it to the folder. I have 30 messages in that folder now and I thought I’d share a few. These days, I need some words of inspiration.
“We are not perfect human beings, nor do we have to pretend to be, but it is necessary for us to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.” I found the quote on the website, Shelter, with no attribution.
“When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it — always.” Mahatma Gandhi.
The above is from the blog, From the House of Edward.
And last, from A.A. Milne, via the blog, C’est Christine, “Promise me you’ll always remember: You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”
Definitely some inspiration here.
