I’ve started to make a collection of photos of interiors for this blog. They are called, “too much”, “too little”, and “just right”, just like in the story of the Three Bears.
Here are some recent “tastings.”
I am continually learning what I like and don’t like in a much more organized way. I can actually “recognize” what I like and why I like it, rather then just having a visceral sense. It is surprising to me to realize that I am still refining my eye.
Although maybe not so surprising. Here’s what the artist Ellsworth Kelly, aged 91, had to say in an article in The New York Times about aging: “It’s one thing about getting older. You see more . . . Everyday I’m continuing to see things. That’s why there are new paintings.”
